RAINCRES RESIDENCE is a luxury apartment project in the reclamation area of Hulhumalé Island, Maldives. 

It consists of a podium building and two tower buildings. The formwork engineering has solved the water 

seepage and waterproofing challenges of artificial islands, making it a model project in the local area.
